Turbo Machinery Management SystemTM (TMMS)
TMMS™ software is a complete solution for managing Oil/Gas operation’s turbomachinery. The process entails the monitoring of turbomachinery (gas turbine driver and the associated driven equipment), which is the primary component in Oil/Gas production. The software is a fully automated web based program with the ability to detect and quantify turbomachinery capacity losses, provide tools to reduce capacity losses, calculate related production gains and capture all relevant data in an elaborate database. The data is then used to produce: Graphic Charts, Data Summary Tables, Failure Analysis, Alarm Summary Tables, Economic Analysis and Defect Elimination Process.
The technology was developed on 43 turbomachinery units at Oil/Gas operations in the Middle East as well as the South China Sea, since 1994. Data captured at both locations revealed a 15-25% increase in turbomachinery production. A combined 4 million hours of turbomachinery data has been analyzed during Turboperf’s research and development in the Middle East and South East Asia.
